She has added the candidate to her open vacancy in LinkedIn Recruiter. That is where it starts; no separate system is added.
Template plus her own instructions
Top right she opens the Elvatix plug-in. Her own template is ready, and she adds instructions: a certain tone, or one extra question she wants to ask this candidate.
Check, adjust, send
Elvatix reads the profile and the vacancy and turns them into a personal message. She reads it, adjusts it if she wants, and sends it from her own LinkedIn. Nothing leaves without her checking it.
