Why does Elvatix calculate on the last 30 days?
An InMail sent yesterday hasn't been answered yet, and that's normal. That's why we calculate your percentages over sends that have had time to be answered. That way your response rate isn't artificially low, and you're always comparing the same period.
Can I share the numbers with my team or client?
