Customer story · Bitbridge Connect

From a full day per vacancy to five minutes.

Roy Veerman owns Bitbridge Connect, a recruitment agency in Utrecht, and works in LinkedIn Recruiter. Sourcing used to take him a full working day per vacancy per week. Now he sets up a vacancy in Elvatix and his preselection is ready in five minutes.

“Sourcing used to take me a full working day per vacancy per week. With Elvatix, my list is ready in five minutes. That is where my scalability comes from.”

Then and now

Just as thorough, without the manual work

Roy doesn't want to miss anyone. In the past that meant looking at every profile himself. Now Elvatix does that first pass, and Roy keeps the judgement.

Then

Building boolean searches and clicking through by hand

  • For each vacancy, a boolean search on job titles and on companies in the same industry.
  • A few thousand results in LinkedIn Recruiter, clicked through one by one by hand.
  • A full working day per vacancy per week spent on pure sourcing.
  • For staff functions, searching on skills works poorly, so there was even more manual work.
Now, with Elvatix

Vacancy in, preselection out

  • Paste in the job description and describe the ideal candidate, with related job titles and who is not a fit.
  • Elvatix searches LinkedIn Recruiter and assesses every profile against his requirements.
  • Five minutes of sourcing per vacancy, with 80% of the preselection already done.
  • A personal InMail for every candidate, sent from his own LinkedIn Recruiter.
How it works

From job description to a personal InMail

Four steps, with Roy in the driving seat.

Paste the vacancy, describe the ideal candidate

Roy starts a new search, pastes in the job description and describes what the ideal candidate looks like: all the related job titles, and who he is explicitly not looking for. For each requirement he marks whether it is hard, medium or soft.

Elvatix searches and assesses every profile

Elvatix searches LinkedIn Recruiter and holds every profile it finds up against his requirements. For each requirement there is a tick, a half moon or a cross, with an explanation of why.

  • meets it
  • partly
  • does not

Roy picks from the preselection

In one short list he sees how each candidate scores on his criteria. If the ticks are in the right places, he selects that candidate straight away.

A personal InMail for each candidate

Elvatix writes a separate InMail for each candidate, and Roy sends it from his own LinkedIn Recruiter. His fixed rhythm: 25 candidates per week per vacancy.

Response per vacancy

38% responded, across eight vacancies

For each vacancy, the share of contacted candidates who responded, to an InMail or after a connection request. Taken from Roy's own records and shown, at his request, without job titles or dates.

Predictable

A promise he can keep

Because the sourcing follows the same rhythm every week, Roy can say up front when a vacancy will be filled.

25 per week

A fixed rhythm per vacancy

Roy contacts 25 candidates per week per vacancy. He uses that rhythm to work out the timeline in advance.

1 week

How close his forecast lands

On average, his forecast is off by about a week from the actual timeline.

18 of 19

Placements within 12 weeks

That is why he tells hiring managers: in 95% of cases we deliver within 12 weeks.

Bitbridge Connect builds its way of working on that predictability: a fixed price per week per vacancy.

In his words

What Roy says about it

R

“I don't want to miss anyone. That's why I used to click through thousands of profiles one by one. Now 80% of the preselection is already done when I start, and for each candidate I can see straight away why they fit.”

R

“Of my 19 placements in a year and a half, 14 started with a candidate I approached through Elvatix. The first five were from before I had Elvatix.”

R

“I contact 25 candidates per week per vacancy. On average my forecast is only a week off from reality. That predictability is what I build my promise to clients on.”

R

“When another recruiter asks me whether it works, I just show them my Excel.”

How we counted this

The placements, the timeline and the response figures come from Roy's own records: 19 placements in 18 months, and 8 vacancies with 1,341 candidates contacted in total, of whom 511 responded (to an InMail or after a connection request). The average of 6.7 weeks runs up to the interview with the candidate who ends up signing. The five minutes per vacancy and the working day it used to take are Roy's own experience. The app figures come from his Elvatix account, counted on 16 October 2026: since July 2026 Elvatix has assessed 2,614 profiles for him, and since late August 2025 he has sent 2,797 personal InMails; rejected or failed sends are not counted. The 14 placements refer to candidates he approached through Elvatix, not only to candidates from the search feature, which has been running in the app since July 2026. At his request, we do not name any clients or vacancies.
