How it works

From a LinkedIn Recruiter search to a personal message

Three steps, all from his own LinkedIn account.

A candidate list from LinkedIn Recruiter

Chavez searched for his engineers the way he always had, in LinkedIn Recruiter. With the Elvatix extension he turned a search result into a list. Over thirteen months that added up to 454 lists.

A message of its own for every candidate

Elvatix read each profile and wrote a connection request or InMail for each person, in his tone. Not a template with only the first name swapped, but a message about that one engineer.

Sent from his own LinkedIn

The messages went out from his own account. Anyone who accepted or replied ended up in a conversation with Chavez himself. That is where his craft lies, and now he had the time for it.

In his words

What Chavez says about it

C

“If I had had to write all those messages myself, that would have been 40 hours a week. That did not work. And that is how the quality of my outreach got better too.”

C

“My number 1 tool for reaching out to candidates.”

C

“I make at least one placement every month where the first message was sent from Elvatix.”

C

“You were so quick, and it was always resolved properly. I am used to having to chase everything at big organisations.”

Chavez spoke Dutch; the quotes were translated.

What it delivered

More reach, without giving up the personal touch

Time back for the conversation

On average 17 hours a week of writing that Elvatix took over. Those hours went into what no tool can do: the conversation with the candidate and the client.

A network that kept growing

1,867 people accepted his connection request. On average, around 25% of LinkedIn connection requests with a personal note are accepted (Belkins, 11.5 million requests in 2025)¹. At Chase IT, that rose from 21% to 30% in one year.

Placements that started with a message

At least one placement a month started with a first message from Elvatix. After that, Chavez did what he does best: following up, calling, matching.

How we counted this

All figures come from Chavez's own Elvatix account, counted on 8 October 2026, with his permission. Only messages that were actually sent count; sends that LinkedIn refused have been taken out. A request counts as accepted if that person appeared in his LinkedIn network after the request. For the time saved we allow 7 minutes per personal message (8,488 messages is 990 hours); at 10 minutes per message that becomes 1,415 hours. The number of placements comes from Chavez himself.
