Numbers you can actually show.
Acceptance, response and conversations with decision-makers, at every step, straight from your own LinkedIn. Plus the hours you got back, and one tip every morning: which prospect deserves your attention right now.
Selling on gut feel is expensive
LinkedIn doesn't show you what works
You send dozens of messages a week, but nobody tracks how many get accepted or answered. Going on gut feel is all that's left.
Tracking it yourself never lasts
A list of who you messaged and who wrote back is out of date within a fortnight. And numbers you don't trust get ignored at the weekly meeting.
A lone number tells you little
Is 15% a strong response rate or a weak one? That depends entirely on the period you measure it over. Without a fixed way of measuring, you're comparing apples with oranges and drawing the wrong conclusions about your target market.
How the dashboard works
Nothing to track, nothing to export out of LinkedIn. Your pipeline numbers are simply there every morning.
Sell the way you already sell
You approach your prospects straight from Elvatix, with connection requests and InMails. The dashboard asks nothing extra of you.
Elvatix keeps the count
Every invite, every InMail and every conversation with a decision-maker is logged automatically through your LinkedIn connection. Nothing manual, so nothing missed.
Open your dashboard
Acceptance, response, your daily numbers and the funnel from sent to conversation, plus which weekday delivers the most for your target market. What you send today counts straight away.
Steer on honest numbers
Every percentage covers messages from the last 30 days that had enough time for a reply, and the underlying count is always there too: 8 of 15 invites accepted, for example.
Share it with your sales manager
One click gives you a CSV or PDF with exactly these numbers. For the pipeline review, or as evidence for your forecast.
The benefits at a glance
Honest percentages
What you sent yesterday doesn't yet count as "no reply". Your response rate covers messages that genuinely had time to land, so last month's campaign and this month's sit side by side fairly.
You see where it leaks
Sent plenty but few acceptances? Plenty of conversations but few meetings? You see exactly which step is stalling and adjust your templates and instructions there.
Evidence instead of a hunch
A PDF with your real acceptance and response numbers says more to a sales manager than a good feeling. And you see for yourself how many hours Elvatix has won you back.
Frequently asked questions about the sales dashboard
Where do the numbers in the dashboard come from?
Straight from what you do on LinkedIn yourself, through Elvatix's connection. Every invite to a decision-maker, every InMail and every conversation counts automatically, with nothing for you to track or export.
What exactly do I see in the dashboard?
Your acceptance and response with decision-makers, how many invites and InMails you sent, which conversations are live, which weekdays you're most active, and your totals since the start, including the hours you got back. What you do today counts straight away.
Why does Elvatix calculate on the last 30 days?
A decision-maker rarely replies the same day, and that's normal. So only messages that have had time to be answered count towards your percentages. That way a fresh campaign doesn't artificially push your response down, and you're always comparing the same period.
Can I share the numbers with my team or manager?
Yes. One click turns what you see on screen into a CSV or PDF. Handy for Monday's pipeline review, or as a report back to your sales manager.
