Feature · Connection Requests

Connection requests that actually get accepted.

Personal, from the profile and company of the decision-maker. From your own account, in your name. Follow-up message the moment someone accepts.

The difference

Everyone sends the same request. That's why it doesn't work.

Standard

Hi, I'd like to add you to my network. I help businesses with flexible staffing solutions.

About the sender. No reason. So usually no acceptance.
With Elvatix

James, I saw you've grown from two sites to three this year. How are you keeping the flexible workforce planning in one place now?

A hook from his own company. A question he can answer in one line. Your tone.
How it works

Four steps. A few minutes.

From lead list to sent. In Elvatix, connected to your LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.

  1. 01
Select who to reach out to

From your lead list or your prospecting round. One target market. One list.

  2. 02
    One click on the extension

Elvatix reads the whole profile. Role, company, headline, recent posts.

  3. 03
    Personal requests for every person

Up to 300 characters. In your tone. With its own hook per prospect, about their company.

  4. 04
    Send with follow-up built in

The decision-maker accepts? Your follow-up goes out on the day you chose, unless you're already talking. Stays quiet? The reminder is ready.

Follow-up is built in

No request left to fade out.

The moment a decision-maker accepts, your follow-up goes out on its own on the day you chose, and holds back if the conversation is already moving. No reply? A reminder follows on the agreed day, and cancels itself the moment he replies. All of it fed by your LinkedIn inbox in Elvatix. Most decision-makers only reply after a follow-up, and those replies now land in your inbox instead of getting lost. Finding, reaching out and following up take over the work together, so your time goes to the real conversation with the client.

What it delivers

The difference is in the numbers.

Acceptance

Requests that open a conversation

A request that's about the decision-maker's company feels like a conversation, not a pitch. Acceptance follows, and the follow-up message is already queued.

Time

From minutes to thirty seconds

No digging through a company page and profile to find a hook. Elvatix reads, you send in your own style, faster than you'd have come up with an opening line yourself.

Follow-up

Nothing fades out in your conversations

Every invitation to a decision-maker has a status in Elvatix, in step with your LinkedIn. You see at a glance which prospect is waiting on you.

Frequently asked questions.

What does the Connection Requests module do for sales?

Elvatix writes a personal connection request per prospect, based on their profile and their company. Within LinkedIn's 300 characters, in your style, with its own hook for every decision-maker.

How many connection requests should I send?

As many as you can make properly personal. Elvatix writes every request from the prospect's profile and their company, so every invitation you send actually counts, instead of a pile of standard requests nobody accepts.

Can I already mention my proposition in the connection request?

Better not, as a pitch. Elvatix writes the request as the start of a conversation about the decision-maker's company; your proposition comes in the follow-up message, as an answer to what's going on for him. That way more people accept, and more people reply.

Can Elvatix follow up automatically once someone accepts my request?

Yes. Per list, you choose a follow-up template and the number of days after acceptance. The moment a decision-maker accepts, the follow-up message goes out there and then during office hours, unless you're already talking. You can always reschedule or cancel it from your inbox.

What if someone is already a connection?

Then Elvatix skips the invitation. It recognises first-degree connections automatically; they get a personal message about their company straight away, written from their profile.

Is my LinkedIn account safe?

Yes. Elvatix doesn't click around in your browser or pretend to be you. What you write in Elvatix goes out through a secure connection from your own LinkedIn account, in your name. Your account stays yours.

Where a single personal message normally takes me about five minutes, Elvatix generates around 25 messages in a couple of minutes.

We had our doubts about AI in outreach at first, but it simply works well and we get good responses.
