AI recruiting tools for LinkedIn outreach: which one fits your agency?
Which AI recruiting tool fits your LinkedIn outreach depends on three things: which LinkedIn licence you work with, whether messages go out automatically or only after your review, and whether you search inside or outside LinkedIn. Below, which kind of tool fits each situation, honestly, even when that is not Elvatix.

Which tool fits which situation.
You work in Recruiter, Recruiter Lite or Sales Navigator and want to review every message yourself
Then a copilot such as Elvatix fits. Elvatix is a Chrome extension that works with LinkedIn Recruiter (Seat), Recruiter Lite, Sales Navigator and regular LinkedIn Search. It reads the full profile and writes an InMail or connection request for each candidate in your tone; you review it and send it from your own account. From €69 per user per month, every feature in every plan.
You want requests and messages to go out automatically in sequences
Then you are looking for an automation tool. Waalaxy describes itself as a LinkedIn outreach tool that helps you "find prospects, send messages, and follow up automatically", and it works with LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite. Expandi sends connection requests, messages and emails in a single sequence, with daily limits. Dripify invites recruiters to "connect with candidates on autopilot" through LinkedIn and email sequences. Elvatix deliberately does not do this for InMails and connection requests; you send those yourself.
You look for candidates outside LinkedIn, in a large database of profiles
Then platforms with their own database fit. By its own account, Juicebox searches more than 800 million profiles from more than 30 sources. hireEZ cites more than 1 billion profiles across more than 45 platforms and focuses on enterprise teams, on top of your ATS. Elvatix searches within your own LinkedIn licence and assesses each profile there.
You want one platform with email, SMS, WhatsApp and a CRM
Then an all-in-one recruitment platform fits. Leonar combines sourcing, multichannel sequences and a shared CRM; email, SMS and WhatsApp steps run automatically there, while LinkedIn steps are tasks you send yourself. Elvatix focuses on the work inside LinkedIn: finding, assessing, approaching and following up, plus one inbox with label, stage and follow-up date.
You work in LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate and want LinkedIn's own AI
LinkedIn offers Hiring Assistant as an add-on to LinkedIn Recruiter. If you also want personal messages in your own tone, or you work with Recruiter Lite or Sales Navigator, Elvatix works with every licence.
You mainly want to find contact details and put them in your CRM
Then an enrichment tool fits. Surfe finds and enriches contact details from LinkedIn and puts them in your CRM; according to Surfe it is built for sales teams, recruiters and agencies. Elvatix focuses on the personal message itself, through LinkedIn.
You write in Dutch or German and it must not sound translated
Elvatix was built in the Netherlands and writes fluent Dutch, English and German, in your tone and with its own hook from the candidate's profile. At Bitbridge Connect, 38% of the 1,341 candidates approached replied.
You want no risk to your LinkedIn account or under the EU AI Act
The difference is who sends. With a copilot, you send: Elvatix puts no bot in your browser clicking around on your behalf, and InMails and connection requests only go out when you send them. You switch on the follow-up after acceptance per list yourself, and if the conversation is already running, nothing happens. That makes the sender a person rather than an AI agent, which is what counts under Article 50 of the EU AI Act.
You approach candidates and clients
With the recruitment-sales switch in Elvatix, one click moves you between approaching candidates in Recruiter and approaching clients in Sales Navigator, from the same workspace and the same inbox.
You mainly want to type standard texts faster
Then a text expander is enough, such as the Chrome extension Magical: Text Expander & Autofill, which fills in saved texts and forms on any website. If you want each message written from the candidate's profile, a copilot such as Elvatix fits.

Questions about choosing a LinkedIn tool.
Elvatix works with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, and also with Recruiter (Seat), Sales Navigator and regular LinkedIn Search. It writes an InMail or connection request for each candidate based on the full profile, in your tone. From €69 per user per month.
Start with your licences and with who sends. If your recruiters work in Recruiter, Recruiter Lite or Sales Navigator and you want every message to be personal and sent by the recruiter themselves, Elvatix is built for that. If you want messages sent automatically in sequences, look at an automation tool.
An automation tool sends requests and messages by itself in sequences, with daily limits. With a copilot the AI writes the message and you send it: in Elvatix you review every InMail and connection request and it goes out from your own account. You switch on the follow-up after acceptance per list yourself.
Elvatix was built in the Netherlands and writes fluent Dutch, English and German, in your tone and with its own hook from the candidate's profile. At Manpower the InMail response rate went to 43%; written by hand it was 40%.
The difference is who sends. Elvatix puts no bot in your browser clicking around on your behalf; you send your InMails and connection requests yourself, from your own account and in your name. See also our page on your account safety.
Yes. The AI Act does not ban AI in recruitment messages. An AI system that interacts directly with people must disclose that it is an AI (Article 50). With a copilot such as Elvatix a person sends the message; in our reading, that is not an AI interacting by itself.
